In the exchange link, Jianping Li, the chairman of Xinlanhai, clearly proposed at the meeting the need to strengthen the deep cooperation with universities, research institutes and the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, give full play to the synergistic advantages of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, and constantly enhance the core technological advantages of the enterprise. For a long time, Xinlanhai has been focusing on industry-university-research joint innovation, and has carried out in-depth cooperation with research institutes such as Jiaotong University, Shanghai University, Donghua University, General Institute of Iron and Steel Research, and Chinese Academy of Sciences. Among them, it cooperated with the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University to build the "High-end Intelligent Melting Equipment Joint Research and Development Center", and successfully developed and manufactured the world's first anti-gravity vacuum precision casting equipment, which provided the hardware foundation for effectively solving the world-class problems of thin wall molding of 1.0mm complex thin-wall superalloy precision castings. Breaking the high temperature alloy casting lightweight molding technology is "stuck neck problem". In addition, XinLanhai also jointly developed and manufactured 350KG liquid metal cooled superalloy single crystal furnace with the State Key Laboratory of New Metal Materials of Shanghai University, and jointly realized the transformation of scientific and technological achievements with China's corporate operation mode, which can solve the problems of low manufacturing yield and poor industrialization level of 50MW and above gas turbine blades in China. To provide basic technical support and equipment support for the long-term problem of heavy gas turbine blades in China.

 

In the future, Xinlanhai will further promote the deep integration of production, university and research, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological research results, completely open up the innovation chain, constantly strengthen the innovation leadership, build a strong innovation research and development platform, and inject strong impetus into the development of special metallurgical equipment and new materials!
